Social Media Boot Camp – How to get the most out of Twitter and Periscope
Still wondering what all the fuss is about with Twitter or Periscope? In this special pre-conference workshop, you will receive the keys you need to unlock the secrets of these channels! Join blogger and social media professional Missy Berggren (@marketingmama) of marketingmama.com for an interactive, hands-on training.
The Twitter session will begin with the basics and progress to advanced features that will help you enjoy tweeting and grow your blog readership. Periscope, the new live-streaming app, is a fun way to share your world with others and educate people about food allergies. Bring your laptop, smart phone, notebook and a willingness to try new things!

Missy Berggren (@marketingmama) is a marketing and social media professional with more than 17 years of health care marketing and communications experience, as well as a food allergy parent and blogger. As a director with WCG, Missy helps global brands with digital marketing and social media strategy and content development. She frequently hosts social media trainings for bloggers, physicians, executives and more. Missy is the founder of the Minnesota Blogger Conference and the director of strategic planning for Social Media Breakfast of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
