Tammy Gingras-Moore has been a college professor for 20 years and a mother for 12 years.  Her son has multiple food allergies.  Her quest to find safe food for her son led her to find a better shopping solution.  Today, Tammy and her business partner run Allergy Orchard.  Allergy Orchard is an allergy-friendly grocery store in Lancaster, PA.  Her interactions with customers have opened her eyes to some gaps in food allergy education and to gaps in the marketplace.  Learn more about her story and the store at www.allergyorchard.com or on Facebook @allergyorchard.

    Bloggers and advocates will learn where there are still gaps in food allergy education. Brands will learn what people are looking for but unable to find. All attendees will look at the food allergy conversation from a different perspective than where they are currently working. Everyone will be invited to share what they would like to be passed on to consumers. The session will be interactive.
